Rust Removal Products Processes Eco Friendly

MRT-CG Heated lite caustic ("green") that quickly loosens and removes all paints, bondo, rubber, sealers and greases. Temperature is kept about 175F by either gas or electric heating. In anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, the loosened surface coatings are removed by power-washing. MRT-DR Ambient temperature De-Rusting liquid (absolutely green and safe). Gently lifts away all rust and other oxides from metal surfaces exposing clean bare metal. The solution will not damage aluminum connected to steel! When applied to metal surfaces that are kept in-doors our water soluble Rust Inhibitor prevents flash rusting for up to a month, giving the user time to ship or handle the products. The Inhibitor is bio-degradable and can be safely washed off at any time. MRT-AS Ambient temperature Aluminum Stripper (absolutely green and safe). This liquid removes most paints and other surface substances from aluminum. The solution will not damage steel connected to aluminum parts! The solution has some volatile components that have to be refreshed on a regular basis. Because of this, the cost of the chemical is on the high side for its volume. Users usually want to have strong markets and significant customer volume.
